Here’s how we do it:

Safety & Maintenance 

At the start of every day, our team of delivery associates (D.A.) performs regular, thorough inspections of our fleet and our drivers to ensure they are fit for the road. This is commonly known as a “pre-trip” inspection and helps us detect any vehicle problems before our drivers get on the road.

During their pre-trip’s, our D.A.’s will:

  • Check the vehicle’s dashboard camera and recordings to confirm there haven’t been any missed accidents or theft.

  • Inspect the fleets to ensure that items such as tires, steering, mirrors, and brakes are working properly.

  • Look into the maintenance of the fleet to confirm that it is safe, reliable, and operating in good condition.
