Since the beginning of MYCourier Inc., our mission has been simple: Every package will be handled with care and it will be delivered on time and with a smile!
As we continue to grow and expand our team to new heights, we are also working to continuously improve our operations and provide exceptional service for our business partners and customers. In doing so, our team is required to follow best practices, such as valuing customers’ time, having a positive attitude, and providing resourceful resources to our partners.
But it doesn’t stop there.
In exceeding our own expectations, we have developed our own Core Values which serve as a compass for the organization in helping the team stay focused on our purpose and mission. They are what we continue to believe in, and they’re the “personality” of our entire team.

Continuous Growth: Every individual at MYCourier Inc. is working to develop and grow within the company. As leaders, we’re here to contribute to the value of individual growth, and that includes listening to our employees and recognizing their unique skills and capabilities.
Communication: We will speak to any employee, and we give them the option to approach us themselves or anonymously. In fact, we offer a customized email that is shared with everyone in the company so they can provide us with their own feedback, comments and ideas. This line of communication allows our executives to fully understand what our delivery associates are going through every single day, and how we can continue to support them on the roads.
Processes and Systems: The only way for us to deliver the best performance is consistency! Consistency of performance is achieved by having a very strong process and driven operations. This is why every step that we have is filed in a certain process, whether it be online or offline. This process has proven to be successful, however, we’ll continue to update this process as we adapt to changes in the market.
